Function Description

The safety detection device works in conjunction with the high-voltage generator. This current sensing safety protection unit greatly improves equipment safety and reliability. It monitors high-voltage current within the spraying environment. If the high-voltage current exceeds the preset safe threshold during operation, the electrostatic controller immediately sends a signal to the main control system to cut off power to the entire unit. Equipment can only be restarted after the root cause of the overcurrent has been identified and corrective actions implemented. This prevents safety incidents triggered by excessive high-voltage current.
