How It Works Paint is fed into a high-speed rotating metal cup and atomized into a fine mist by centrifugal force. At the same time, the rotary cup is connected to a negative high voltage (typically 60–100 kV). The charged paint mist particles are uniformly dispersed and electrostatically adsorbed onto the workpiece surface under the combined action of vortex air flow and electrostatic attraction, forming a uniform, high-adhesion coating film with minimal overspray.
