Powered by a robust, high-performance air-bearing turbine motor reaching up to 70,000 RPM, the HDA-605 achieves exceptionally fine atomization across conventional, high-solid, and water-based paints, ensuring the system always operates under optimal conditions.

A wide selection of bell cups and spray-forming covers is available. The HDA-605 is equipped with three interchangeable bell cups — Ø30 mm, Ø50 mm, and Ø65 mm — so the optimum combination of bell head and spray-forming cover can fully meet the quality requirements of different paint types and workpiece shapes.

The electrostatic high-voltage system features multiple safety protection circuits and a self-diagnostic function for safe, reliable operation. Protective covers on the pipelines and spray gun prevent paint contamination, while the compact structure, minimal spare parts, and easy assembly and disassembly make maintenance simple and cost-effective.
